Members agree to these terms

Any and all files that are downloaded by members from 1 eMusic, belong entirely to 1 eMusic and the publishers of any files, movies, eMusic, evideos, videos, films, efilms, books or documents stored on 1 eMusic that may be downloaded by members for FREE or for monies.

Members agree that they may use these files for private use and viewing only

Members agree to not distribute these files in any manner whatsoever

Members agree that 1 eMusic and Adoni Publishing my send them emails in the future about new items and articles on 1 eMusic and sites maintained by Adoni Publishing

Members agree that within email from 1 eMusic may be advertisements from 1 eMusic, Adoni Publishers and their Clients

1 eMusic agree to not sell any information of members from 1 eMusic to anyone, and that email addresses will not be sold to anyone, and the only use of email addresses will be by 1 eMusic and Adoni Publishing, as described above
